  Section 1 - Making the Move in the Field

This is a good place to mention that the physical move on the ground need not be made in cardinal directions. It can be made by moving along the hypotenuse. However, it is better to make the move on cardinal and check by measuring the hypotenuse. To check the actual move made on the ground, compute the bearing and distance of the hypotenuse of the right triangle.
