Again, always total the proportionate measurements as a check to see if they equal the total retracement measurement.

 

 


 

 


The next step in double-proportion is to calculate the move from the temporary stake to the true point for the corner. Take a look and compare the sketches. Notice data of the retracement gathered earlier. This time we show both latitude and departure for each line of the retracement.
